About Mike Seeman

I am currently a Senior Hardware Engineer at Wrightspeed, designing a high-performance digital drivesystem for series hybrid-electric trucks and supercars.

I have previously worked for QVSense, Inc. and Solar Semiconductor, implementing module-integrated DC-DC converters for PV Solar Panels.

I received my Ph.D. from UC Berkeley in Electrical Engineering in 2009. My research was on the theory and practical examples of switched-capacitor DC-DC converters. For the past five years, I've been a serious photographer, spending a fair amount of my excess money on camera equipment and going shooting as often as possible. Please explore my photography in my Photo Gallery. I am also an active hiker and climber.
